Josh, is responsible for proactively seeking supervision and support to ensure the successful completion of all formative and summative assessments and teaching and learning tools.
They are accountable for submitting all necessary forms, documentation, and applications for securing appropriate training positions by the required deadlines.
Additionally, they are expected to report on their progress at the beginning of each new rotation.
Maribel Forcey - PA/Office Administrator
As a key contractor for GP Home Services, Maribel is an indispensable part of the team, serving as the central hub that ensures the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Her role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to Jill and Geoff, strategically managing the operational backbone of the company. Maribel's responsibilities include meticulously organizing and maintaining all company databases, and she is also the point person for all of GP Home Services' IT, website management, and office equipment maintenance. In addition, she is responsible for implementing and updating essential office procedures that streamline workflows, enhance communication, and standardize operations. Furthermore, she expertly manages all logistical requirements, such as booking transport and accommodation for the team and contractors, which is critical for the seamless execution of projects.
